​Glazed Pottery Bird Bank

This very unique pottery bank is cover in small birds, with one larger bird roosting on top.  It is glazed in yellow and cream colors with brown spots.  There are a few cracks (as seen in photos) that do not go through.  So this tells me that these are cracks from firing.  This very unique, rare bank was made in Halifax, England.  Circa 1840.  Measuring 6" in height by 3 1/2" wide (not counting the birds), with a base circumference of 2 3/4".
