This early piece of chalkware in the form of a ram is from the 19th C. He is exceptionally folky! Just look at his face. It doesn't get any better than this! Wonderful early paint decorated surface with a pebbled coat to simulate fur. Light weight hollow form that measures approximately 7-1/2" tall by 7" wide by 3-1/2" deep. (minor surface imperfections, but no repairs).
