​William and Mary Figured Maple Slat-Back Side Chairs

​This fine pair of Willian and Mary figured maple slat-back chairs are in near perfect condition.  Each with five arched and curved slats graduating in size; and finely turned finials; and wonderful bulbous turned front stretchers.  Pennsylvania, circa 1765.  Both appear to retain their original rush seats.  Measuring 45 in. tall by 18 1/2 in. wide by 15 1/2 in. deep, with a seat height of 17 1/4 in.

Condition:  Overall in very fine condition.  Rush seats show wear with very minor break in one rush seat.
