Here is a wonderful small chalkware cat with early paint decoration. He is just adorable in his curled up pose and very folky. I am selling him out of my own personal cat collection to make room for others. He dates to the late 1800's. He is solid and not hollow as the very early ones are. He has one chipped ear that is worn smooth. Other than that he is in excellent condition with no breaks or reparis. He measures approximately 4-1/4" long by 3" wide.
