This outstanding ca 1880 barber pole is in its original surface. It retains one of its three original forged iron mounting brackets. This pole started its life in Wisconsin and has been in a private collection. It is truly an outstanding piece of folk art! It measures an impressive 64" in height. When mounted on a wall it really makes a statement. It has overall paint wear consistent with age. It has one very early repair with a forged iron band, making it very stable. A professionaly made wall mount for hanging is included.
