​Folk Art Masonic Frame

Walnut with sapwood inlays. Starburst shaped frame with a scalloped interior, decorated with inlaid diamonds, a shield, and shaking hands.   This unique early frame is made from walnut with sapwood inlays.  The starburst shaped frame is decorated with inlaid diamonds, a shield, and clasping hands.  The clasping hands suggest that this was made for or by a member of the Free Masons. 

Measuring 12" T by 10 1/4" W.  In fine condition.
