It's thick walled construction is secured by early nails and wood pegs. It measures 15" in diameter by 7" in tall. Not only can you feel the hand planing of the lid but you can see it as well. A superb early pantry box in original paint and nice dry surface. (one age crack in base, secured with an early taped repair: a couple tiny sq. nails added at base).
