This fine redware charger has nice yellow slip or "bacon strip" decoration throughout. It dates to the early part of the19th century. The round plate with coggled rim has five rows of "bacon strip' decoration and is in very good condition with only minor rim chips that are expected with age. There are no cracks or hairlines of any kind. It measures 12" in diameter. A very attractive redware charger that would compliment any redware collection or cupbooard!
