This is an exceptional early watercolor of a young boy, playing with his toy horse and carrying a whip.  Wonderful condition.  Extremely well executed.  Ca. 1850-1860.  Artist unknown.  American or English.  Housed in a period gilded frame with original back-board.  A super little watercolor and a great piece of folk art!
